Island Chat House creates authentic, exotic east Indian spices mixes and Chai. We use fresh spices, roast and blend them fresh each week. All our products use fresh all natural ingredients and there are no preservatives.
 
Dana Mulgaonkar the owner of Island Chat House makes products that can be used to create authentic home-style Indian dishes in a short time. Chutneys used as condiments, Chai Masalas to make authentic Indian spiced tea (Chai), Garam Masalas for making vegetarian, non-vegetarian curries, Tandoori Masala to make tandoori style grilled meats and Bhaji (vegetable) Fodni-mix to make home style Indian spicy vegetables dishes.
Company history
Island Chat House was started in 2000. We have been sharing our spice mixes and recipes with our friends, restaurants and specialty stores since then. The Island Chat House was inspired by Kamal Mulgaonkar, Dana's mother-in-law.
